Job description

To support our company in its growth, we are looking for an Operational Quality Assistant

having in charge the following missions:

 

•QA control in manufacturing area.

•Participate in the update of QA documents (TDS...) under the supervision of the Quality Manager.

•Check & archiving the QA records related to manufacture: temperature control, cleaning tables,

pest control reports,

etc.

•Check & archiving batch record

•HACCP, GMP & GHP training of staff

•Point of contact with the suppliers for the demands of quality documents: qualification of

suppliers, declaration of

conformity, etc.

•Returns management

•Development of quality culture in the company

•External analysis management

•In process QC control

•Back up of Quality control

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor (or more) in chemistry/biochemistry/biology or qualification by experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role
Experience in laboratory
Good English communication skills (oral and written)
Good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Analytical spirit, organizational skills, proactivity
Ability to work with a team
HACCP & ISO 22000 knowledge is a plus
SAP knowledge is a plus
